This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Family Needed Vacation

Couple of nights we saw bears (we were at safe distance ) some were not (not smart). Housekeeping needed to leave a few extra rolls of TP & garbage bags. The pull out sofa wish the mattress was thicker (closed it back up and slept on couch). Know its not something that is checked often to see if it needs to be replaced. Had a great time and would use stay there again. Thank you for everything. Had one negative was when the people below us had to smoke, had to go inside cuz it gives me a migraine. Know it was outside but still people should think the smoke goes up.

Still, although we didn't bring that to the staff's attention, we continued to have a great time.We will certainly return to PPCs in the future.

I liked that it was on the edge of the strip, yet very walkable. We were on the third floor right above the river. The sound of the swift flowing river was a great and soothing sound. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The bedding could use a little updating, but overall fine. The office staff were very nice and polite. Access was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Park Place a few times now and the main reason is the location. You can walk to just about anywhere downtown. We also like to go to Knoxville and Pidgeon Forge and getting out of Gatlinburg from this property is pretty easy. Another experience that we enjoy is the gas fireplace and the sounds of the rushing water from the river. At every stay, the staff have always been very accommodating.

Reviewer Comments: we were very disappointed with the condition of the beds and bedding. All matresses and bedding needs to be replaced. Kitchen, bathrooms need to be remodeled.showers were small and there were no bars to hold on to. Very awkward and unsafe, in my opinion.
