We had a wonderful family vacation with children and grand kids. Our rental home was only a short walk to the beach. Fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

Great house, great location!!

This was our second stay, and we had a great time!! We recommend hanging some hooks in all bathrooms and outside by pool to hang wet bath and beach/pool towels. Also, maybe put bunk beds in the upstairs loft area and replace the twins with a queen in the upstairs twin bedroom.

Perfect location on Captiva

This house is a perfect location. Can walk anywhere on the island in just a few minutes. Layout made it an ideal place for a group with everyone having space to hang out and relax.

Great location. House needs some minor work to make it more comfortable.

Great Location. Needs new Queen bed upstairs as it slopes to the middle making for poor sleep. Needs new pillows as they are flat and worn out. Needs new and more places to hang towels in baths and around pool area. Several floor tiles in kitchen are cracked. Nice layout and light in the house and nice screened pool. Overall 4 stars.
