Nestled in the heart of the Cooper - Young historic district, this Cozy 1900’s Bungalow has two bedrooms and one bath perfect for couples or a small family. The large fully fenced backyard has a seasonal entertainment area with a barbecue grill. After a relaxing day or night in our bungalow you can head out to enjoy the sights and sounds of Memphis. Graceland, Beale Street and the Liberty Bowl are just minutes away. You’ll also be in walking distance to the many restaurants, bars and stores in the Cooper-Young district. We have a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and central heat and air conditioning.
Summer midweek specials are underway - enjoy 20% off Monday thru Thursdays.

Nice place to stay in Memphis

We loved this beautiful and comfortable little bungalow. Sara is an excellent and responsive host. The location was a bit noisy due to frequent trains and airplane traffic overhead, but we got used to it. It was a short drive to a lot of the local attractions we wanted to see. Overall, a great place!

Great stop of our quick overnight stay

Sara's home was a midway point on our way home to PA. Her home was a cute little place and a great place to rest up for the rest of our journey. We got in late and left early in the morning, but from what we did see, the neighborhood seemed nice. Cute shopping area within walking distance from the home as well.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood, easy excess to everything and Sara was quick to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay while visiting Memphis or ShelbyFarms they have a lot of nice bike trails

Peace in Memphis

Hendrix the Goldendoodle and I spent 3 nights in the cozy bungalow while exploring Memphis history. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay. Sara went above and beyond to make our time there successful. She very quickly sent off a package containing a treasure I inadvertently left behind. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her help/

Great Basic Stay!

Awesome, basic stay for all your memphis needs! The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was easy. We were attending an event in midtown and able to walk everywhere we needed. A few notes: This house is right by the train tracks and across the street from a daycare. If you are sensitive to noise, it may not be your best bet! Also, the house has minimal amenities - for example, we had to buy our own toilet paper to supply the house and not bath products were included. Totally fine because it was a good deal, but those are things you may deal with!! :)
