Fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker for NESPRESSO VERTUO capsules(the larger ones), and also filter papers for drip method in a second coffee maker) , microwave, pots, china, glasses, stainless steel ware). Bathroom with a Kohler rain shower head in the ceiling and slate tile throughout, Small private deck and larger common deck on the water, Bosch Washer and Dryer, and one dog or cat is allowed for an additional $75.00. Steps to The Boatslip and Monkey Bar. Right between Downtown and The West End. A parking space is available for $15/day a leisurely two minute walk away.
