If any Guest Smoke inside, a Penalty Fee of $500 will be fully applied with no avoidance. White Towels are restricted to be used inside the apartment, and they are only to clean or dry your body.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Maintain Apartment with care - Respect Common areas - NO smoking any area
- You'll need to Check-In at the Lobby of the Building to sign. -Please Do Not use the towels to clean or dry the floor,
to clean your shoes/any other surface. Towels/Bed Sheets left Hard Dirty/stained will cause a Penalty Fee of $40- be fully applied with no avoidance.
