Great Stay!!!

Quiet location, but not too far to all the resort amenities. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great place to relax after a day of outdoor adventures!

The room was clean and the laundry situation was great (it’s in the building and it’s free, bring soap). It was otherwise just so blahhhh. The WiFi was terrible, the tv kept glitching constantly, no streaming capabilities so anyone with kids…. beware. I know it’s an outdoors place, but my family likes to watch tv at night. Bring your own pillows and blankets, if you do nothing else, bring your own stuff. I got an email before check-in and it said to bring your own blankets and pillows — do that. There were literally 2 pillows and 0 blankets. Everything is far away and revolves around getting in the car and driving there. Just ugh. The whole thing was so lackluster.

The slow WiFi and glitching TV are not the experience we aim to provide. We’ve shared your notes with Massanutten Resort maintenance and tech team. Regarding bedding, our pre-check-in message does recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets; that said, we’ll also make the resort aware of this as one standard comforter should be provided. We appreciate the candid feedback and will use it to improve future stays.

Loved the Resort and Renovated condo. Could here neighbors

The resort was great. This is the second time I have been there. We loved the condo we stayed in. It was more renovated that the one I had stayed in a few weeks earlier. We did have a family that was in the condo above us. They were very loud. The laundry room was right next to our door so when they started the laundry at 6:30 in the morning, it was very loud. So was disappointed in the level of sound proofing.
