It was even better than what I was expecting. Everything was perfect except for the WiFi being down while we were there. Cellular still worked well on our phones and having DirectTv was brilliant given the fact it does not need WiFi. The communication details for checking in and checking out were extremely difficult to find, there’s no heads-up about what email address the confirmation is coming from, and the toll free number to call took me around in circles, left me on hold for a long time only to end up being prompted to leave a voicemail. It wasn’t until an hour before we arrived that I finally found a number to call and was instructed to go to the front desk of the main complex. The website link in one of the emails doesn’t work very well when using a cell phone, so if you’re not bringing a computer it can make things difficult. The site it takes you to doesn’t adapt well so you can only see some of the information. So the tech part of things was frustrating, but we still had a wonderful time and were very pleased with our stay.
