About this property

Serene and Private Lake House

Perfect for families or small groups, this warm and inviting lake house nestled on the shore of desirable Seymour Lake is an ideal location for your Alaskan experience. The three-level home features abundant living space, a well-stocked kitchen, scenic views and a large deck. The nearly one acre property includes a sizeable grass waterfront yard, birch and pine trees, private dock, fire pit and two parking areas.

Seymour Lake has 3 miles of shoreline and rich wildlife. Loons, eagles, trumpeter swans and other birds make the lake their home during the summer months. The lake is known as a great rainbow trout fishing location. We supply two kayaks and life jackets to enjoy the water.
