Location! Location! Location! 11 miles of sandy white beaches await you just 200 yards from the villa. Beach cabana with showers/restroom on the private beach path. Dip into the large community pool steps from the back deck overlooking the fountain lagoon. Coligny Village, Celebration Park and the famous Tiki Hut with year round live entertainment are within walking/biking distance! Bring or rent bikes for your stay to enjoy over 200 miles of paved bike paths on HHI!

Spacious 3 Story villa at 3031 Sea Scape in South Forest Beach. Coastal chic touches throughout this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath villa are complemented by floor to ceiling windows that extend views of the moss draped oaks and Carolina pines with the lagoon in the backdrop. The seasonal community pool is just steps away from the back deck!

Indoor Living with 4 Flat Screen Smart TV's and cable with a spacious living room. We offer Free Wi-Fi. All linens/towels/kitchen towels are provided. Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, personal soaps, laundry and dish detergents and a first aid kit are provided.

Sleeping Options: Master Bedroom with King Bed and en suite and private balcony, Second Bedroom with a queen bed, Sleeper Sofa in Living Room and Third Bedroom has a full bunk bed with twin top bunk and twin pull out with additional separate twin bed (room sleeps 5 total). Second and third bedroom share the hall bathroom/laundry room combination.

The outdoor Oasis offers a private deck with outdoor dining area to seat six with a gas grill.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and boosts stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, blender and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need. Enjoy the Complimentary Coffee and Tea Bar.

Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and boogie boards are for rent by the Lifeguards.

Parking for two vehicles available - parking is first come, first serve. The beach access is directly across the street with bathrooms and outdoor shower are available at the beach top.

Entry to the Villa is keyless and you will be provided the code prior to arrival.

The three story villa is accessible by stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.

The location to the beach and Coligny Plaza was great. The deck space and furniture could use a refresh and the shower curtain closet at the entrance was interesting but otherwise it had everything we needed for two families with little kids.

Labor Day weekend at the beach

The property is clean, exactly as advertised, and close to the beach. The host is very responsive and was available if we needed to reach out. This location is seriously one of the best, most affordable options on Hilton Head. 100% recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the beach, feel safe, and the ease to go anywhere on the island and do anything.

The villa was available promptly at 4PM for arrival, very clean and orderly. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in this same unit last year and was glad to see new pots/pans (what they had was good, but I think the new ones are an upgrade), a good supply of trash bags, etc. Beds are all very comfortable and rooms are spacious. We travel alot to Hilton Head and this location was great. Only issues was cleanliness, most of the silverware and some dishes were dirty, and socks were hanging on outside lights, bike fender was at the front door on the side walk. Floors were dirty in spots. Otherwise its beautiful and a great space for our family
