New! We are halfway between Savannah and Tybee Island (ocean). Welcome to our unique custom-built cottage, professionally designed by a SCAD graduate and constructed in 2024. Nestled on a preserved 1/4 acre of native land, our cottage is surrounded by lush trees, palm trees, and other indigenous vegetation.
Built in 2024, this cottage stands out as the coolest and most unique house on the street, if not in the entire county.
Despite its size of just under 900 square feet, it boasts a spacious look and feel that belies its actual dimensions. We've incorporated thoughtful details that we believe are important for our guests' comfort, such as outlets with smart charging capabilities, a light-up bathroom mirror with a defogger, floating nightstands, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, a 12-foot sloped ceiling, an EV charger, and more.
Located halfway between the charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the lively beaches of Tybee Island, both about 7 miles away, our cottage offers a convenient base. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants for added convenience, although none are within walking distance, as this is strictly a residential neighborhood.
The 65” TV is a smart TV with a variety of apps that you can easily access using your own accounts.
Our tranquil neighborhood island is perfect for bike rides or leisurely strolls, providing a safe and secure environment away from major traffic.
There are 2 exterior cameras on the property. These cameras are in operation and record continuously. One camera, the Video Doorbell, is located at the front door, and the other camera, monitors the driveway. The presence of these cameras is to ensure safety and security. It records the entire time of your stay. We have it because some guests try to bring more people onto the property. This is not a home for parties or events of any kind. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are permitted on the property or in the house. Failure to comply will result in your reservation being cancelled. We do not allow guests to bring guests or visitors. And we do not it allow anyone who resides within 45 miles of Savannah to reserve our place.
Guests will need a vehicle as there are no businesses or major attractions within walking distance (2 miles.)
