This chic home is a wonderful place to make memories! Enjoy the hip and eclectic decor, high ceilings, and unique detached casita for two! You'll love the spacious backyard to relax or have a bbq!

Drive 2 mins or walk 5 blocks to the beach. 8 min drive to the Strand.
Adults age 25 and up preferred.
The Space:
Stunning remodel of early 1900’s gem located a few blocks from the beach. Located on a large lot, the space has been reconfigured to a thoughtfully designed with new plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Salvageable materials have been restored to their original glory and utilized throughout the property. Soaring 10.5’ ceilings with original shiplap, original long leaf pine, hardwood flooring and original fully functional windows. Designer wallpapered entry with custom built-ins. New custom kitchen with Calacatta marble countertops / backsplash, and custom cabinetry. Custom designed bathroom vanities with artisan hand thrown ceramic sink in the secondary bath.

Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, attached full bathroom

Double bed with large closet
