Great location! Very walkable for where we wanted to go. We were less than a half mile from two of the restaurants we were interested in and were able to walk there.
We had a wonderful stay! John is an excellent host. His place is very clean, comfortable and convenient!! We had a small incident and John, immediately took care of it. I highly recommend this gem.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback! We're sorry to hear the carpet and linens didn't meet your expectations — this is actually the first time we've heard this concern, and we truly wish you had mentioned it during your stay. We would've been happy to swap out the linens or address anything that wasn't up to par right away. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue improving the space. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future — we'd love to make it right!
Very nice place and convenient to getting around Richmond. Water pressure was a little weak but not sure that’s the owner’s fault. Parking out back was fantastic. Even had some trick or treaters. Nice neighborhood.
The owner was fabulous, the accommodations were fabulous, maybe two minutes from downtown, on a beautiful day you could walk downtown, the neighborhood was safe, and I felt right at home. The property was very modern if I had to use a word, I was super impressed!!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you felt right at home and enjoyed both the property and its location. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
We absolutely loved staying here. Richmond seems to have decent options for vacation rentals but this one stands out. We’ve stayed at many places in Richmond but this one takes the spot. It’s in a quiet area, close to everything & downtown. It’s the perfect size for a family. It’s very welcoming and homey. The host was very quick to respond, & clearly a kind soul. Could not recommend this place more. I’m saving it for our frequent family trips to Richmond.

Looking forward to your next visit!
John was a great communicator. House was central to downtown but super quiet at night. Lovely neighborhood. Found a new favorite restaurant only a 10 min walk away—Stock Bistro. Great place to stay even to pop over to the coast. Had a great time!
