Mammoth Lakes is a great place to stay for a mountain getaway. You are in a prime location perfect for accessing activities during the warm and cold seasons. Shops, restaurants, fishing spots, and hiking and biking trails are close by. Golf courses are a quick drive away. Skiers and snowboarders will love the nearby green line shuttle stop which travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.

Hang your winter gear and coats on the mudroom wall by the entrance. The living room has comfortable seating around a TV and a wood burning fireplace. Gather around after a day on the slopes with the fireplace going and some hot cocoa. A VCR, telephone (local calls only), wood, and high-speed internet access are provided for your entertainment. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2.

The fully stocked kitchen has a drip coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender, pots/pans and more. Enjoy early morning breakfasts with your group before some skiing and snowboarding. The deck has additional firewood and views of the surrounding area.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom holds a Queen bunkbed and TV. A second bathroom with a standalone shower is available for guests to share.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- Commencing on April 22nd, all amenities (sauna, bathrooms, jacuzzi and laundry room) will not be operational during this time.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Mammoth vacation

For the price it was ok. Dishes weren't clean had to re wash a lot of items . Dishwasher didn't work properly so we hand washed everything we used. No screen on the master bedroom window so you couldn't open the window to cool off. It was in the 80's when we went. There was something sticky on the carpet in the bed room like gum or a candy. There was no assigned parking but the neighbor up stairs would yell about not having her parking spot and she lived there. Says there is a BBQ station but no utensils for it. You get what you pay for.

Convemient location but uncomfortorable beds and couches.

The location was good, close to what we needed. The couches leave a lot to be desired. They were very uncomfortable with worn out cushions and little support. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable also, very old. The unit was mainly clean but some of the utensils in the kitchen drawers were dirty (old food on them) when I used them. I had to clean several spatulas and forks. If the owners would actually put in comfortable couches, it would help this place a lot.
