Aspen Creek #225 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium located in Mammoth Lakes. This is a great area to access the mountain or head into town. Aspen Creek is within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift. Restaurants, shopping, and the Snowcreek Golf Course are about a 5-minute drive away. A variety of hiking areas are minutes away too.

As you enter the unit you will find the kitchen on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped to help any chef prepare their meals. Steps away is a dining table for 4. A mud room is found near the front of the home to store any skis or snowboard equipment.

The living room is furnished with elegant touches. A fireplace and wood are provided for warmth on chilly nights. The family will love gathering to watch a movie at the end of the night. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional space. Internet access is also available. When you need to catch a breath of fresh air, go through the sliding glass doors to your atrium balcony.

A spacious master bedroom holds a King-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom would suitably house the kids with 2 Twin-sized beds and TV. There is also an attached private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate sink area.

Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.

Things to Note:
- A fireplace is provided for warmth on chilly nights. Guests are asked to bring their own firewood at this time (Winter 2023).

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.**

Decent Property

The property was not the most luxurious property but wasn’t the most mammoth property that I stayed before. I think the house need some updating to do. Also the place had very minimal kitchen items and they were overdo of replacement. The property management was kind enough to send us a new pan. The master bedroom shower is short so if you are taller than 5’2” then you will need to duck your head under so you can wash your hair. The bed skirt was dirty or something was on it but wasn’t washed. I wouldn’t recommend my friends to here unless we are in a budget constraint.

Room temperature very low, every room very dark, kitchen very small and Wi-Fi doesn’t work.

Great location but run down apartment

The location is great and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Great customer service from the property manager, when the central heat was not working in the 2nd bedroom they promptly brought over a space heater. However, the property is kind of run down, and it was not super clean either, lots of spiderwebs -- looked like nobody had been there in a while, and the walls could use a coat of paint. The apartment only has the bare minimums: There's no lights in the ceiling in the 2 bedrooms, and only a lamp on one of the bedside tables in the master bedroom, the dishwasher looks really old and most of the time we gave up using it, as it didn't clean properly. Also, there's very few glasses, flatware etc. and only a couple of very old and bad quality pots and pans, making it basically impossible to cook even a simple meal for a family. Again, location was great.

Great Budget Option for Great Ski Stay

Property was clean and well maintained, location is super close to lifts - an easy 5 minute walk which is fantastic! Also - unit has dedicated mud room for skis/boots/etc - plenty of room to hang gear to dry. Kitchen is small and has basic cooking utensils/gear - enough to make a simple meal for 3-4 people after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Overall a comfy spot that is great for the price. One issue that I've run into at several of the properties (including this one) managed by this company is that the WIFI functionality is a total crap shoot - sometimes it just doesn't work at all - and even when it does function, it can be intermittently very slow, so be prepared for that. All in all, a great spot for stay - as long as you're not expecting over the top luxury.
