Welcome to Top of the Tower where a combination of comfort and luxury await you at Historic Market Square in High Point, NC. The newly renovated condo offers ample living space with stunning views of downtown High Point. The condo is a perfect location for both Furniture and Fabric Market visitors as well as High Point University families. You will be within walking distance to Truist Point, Congdon Yards, Stock & Grain Assembly Food Hall and much more. High Point University is a quick 5 minute drive.

Parking: The condo has three designated spots which are marked with TOTT Property signs. There is also visitor parking available during non Furniture Market dates.

Security: The condo has 24 hour front door staff and security. The 14th floor is accessible only to guest and residents.

Great condo

Beautiful spacious place to stay. As mentioned in another review, the bathrooms could use some updating, especially the master, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay and the great views.

Wonderful stay for Parents Weekend

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo for Fall Parents weekend! The condo is clean, well appointed with all of the amenities we needed. But best part was the view! You can see all of Hugh Point from up there!

HP Central Reunion Weekend

3 high school friends and wives stayed in downtown High Point for the weekend. Excellent location, fantastic views all the way past Winston-Salem and Pilot Mountain to Virginia. Very spacious, plenty of room to stretch out, very nice kitchen. Bathrooms could use some updating but no complaints or issues. We would definitely stay here again.

This place worked out well for our mini family reunion. Like a destination, some in our crew stayed there and enjoyed the views while others went site seeing. The kitchen was well appointed for 6 adults.The building security station seemed like a hotel lobby. Each of the security staffers was professional and polite. I was thrilled to stay in a converted mill residence. It has been on my bucket list.

High Point luxury

The apartment was spacious and very clean for the most part. The bathroom was dated and could use an upgrade. The entrance was very difficult for me to find at night in the rain. More details about the entrance to building would have been appreciated.
