About this property

Clifftop Mountain View Yurt. Hot Tub. Between Zion/Bryce #3

***We already have HUNDREDS OF 5 STAR REVIEWS ON AIRB&B! We are just brand new to VRBO***

Right on the edge of a towering cliff, the views are breathtaking! Far from cities but close to parks (36 mins to Zion East entrance & 50 mins to Bryce), this secluded location is perfect! This is genuinely glamorous camping. You’ll enjoy all of the comforts while deep in nature. If you’re looking for a place to unplug and connect with the outdoors, this is the place to stay! Book now to secure your spot, as we fill up quickly!

THE RANCH: With imagination and love, our family has crafted this unique stay! Your yurt is one of only six yurts located on our spacious 22-acre property. We placed the yurts on the edge of the cliff to add excitement to your stay and take advantage of the stunning views. On this isolated land, you’ll see stars you never knew were there. Wildlife is abundant.

THE YURT: High vaulted ceilings give a sense of spaciousness, and the many windows allow plenty of natural light. Inside your climate-controlled yurt you’ll find a comfortable king-sized bed and a large sitting area. A small fridge is provided for you to store cold items, and a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer is available, and disposable utensils are provided.

THE HOT TUB: We consider this the most relaxing way to view the starry night sky and vast mountain range. Decompress and soak away your worries in your own private hot tub.

THE DECK: Your private deck takes you to the edge of the cliff. Relax at the cafe table and chairs to enjoy the view and the sunsets. After dark, turn on the fairy lights to create a magical atmosphere.

THE BATHROOM: Each yurt has its own detached private bathroom a short walk away. You’ll find a hot shower, toilet and vanity.

FIRE PIT AND PICNIC AREA: For communal enjoyment, explore the fire pit and picnic area, centrally located within the ranch. Gather around the fire pit for a cozy campfire experience, with firewood provided for your convenience. Grill up a delicious meal at the picnic area equipped with two grills and picnic tables. Timed lighting in the trees enhances the ambiance in the evenings, but please note the lights turn off at 11pm.

GUEST ACCESS: Lunar Ranch is conveniently located off of Hwy 89. You’ll travel about one mile down a dirt and gravel road to reach the yurts. Signs are posted to help you find your way, and the yurts and bathrooms are numbered so that you can easily find yours.

*Other things to note
SKYLIGHT COVER: DO NOT attempt to remove the cover. It is custom made and very delicate. During most of the year, the skylight is fully covered so that the HAVC can keep the yurt a comfortable temperature.

SENSITIVE PLUMBING: The toilet is on a septic tank. DO NOT put anything in it except the provided toilet paper and human waste! Putting anything else in including any feminine products will result in serious damage, and you will be charged. Please use the provided trash can for any other disposal needs.

HIGHWAY: Down past the cliffs of the property is rural hwy 89. Most of our guests find the property to be very peaceful. Please be aware that there might be some occasional noise from passing vehicles below.

GRAVEL/ DIRT ROAD: The roads between the highway and the ranch are unpaved. Rarely we may have a hard rain, and the roads may become temporarily muddy, making travel difficult. Usually they’ll dry within a few hours. If this occurs, please be advised that if you choose to drive on the roads, you could risk getting stuck.

WILDLIFE: Please watch out for dangerous wildlife. Rattlesnakes have been seen in the area.
