About this property
BEAUTIFUL LUXURY CABIN ON 5 ACRES WITH MAGNIFICENT VIEWS AND AIR CONDITIONING
Our cabin is nestled in between two of the most beautiful National Parks in the country: Zion and Bryce Canyon. We are 39 miles from Zion, 41 miles from Bryce, 38 miles from Brian Head Ski resort, a few hours drive to Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We have access to miles and miles of ATV trails. Whether you decide to go to the National Parks or stay at the cabin and enjoy the beauty of the local area and all that nature has to offer, it will be a memorable experience.
We recently installed air conditioning as well. When looking at the temperatures in the area, it may not appear to be important to have A/C, but after several years of experience, we think it really is. Any cabin that has its “A frame” window side facing west, can get extremely hot in the late afternoon. This can cause any upstairs rooms to retain the heat, well into the night, even with temperatures falling into the 50s and all the windows open. The A/C is simply a way to get the temperature in to the high 70s, so that when the windows are opened, the entire cabin will cool quickly and everyone can be comfortable at night and have a good sleep.

The house was beautiful and as described. Nice quiet neighborhood half way between Bryce and Zion so perfect for our spring break. Thanks so much for letting us stay!
This wonderful house provided everything we needed. Comfortable space, beautiful setting, convenient to Bryce Canyon and Zion NPs, and responsive hosts. Our family would love to come back some day. Spectacular!
This is a wonderful cabin for a family. It’s very quiet and had all the things you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with the hosts was great and they were fast to respond.
Extremely flexible we weren’t able to make it on the exact day of our check-in since we got a flat tire. And the host kindly adjusted the price. Also, the cabin is cozy.
Location and property were great. Small details were taken care of (like having a set of toiletries available if needed) and the host was great at communication.
Clean rooms, equipped kitchen, fireplace, tv with WiFi. Huge beautiful windows for the scenic outdoors. It’s a perfect cozy cabin in a very quiet area that’s great for a relaxing retreat. The owners are great with communication and great at keeping the place clean. This was our second time staying there and we have enjoyed it both times.
This house is very convenient as it is situated between Bryce and Zion. We loved all the wild turkeys and deer that roamed through. It is one of our favorite places that we have stayed.
This property was a great 3 night stop for day trips to both Zion and Bryce Canyon.
Clean and roomy and lots of nature and wildlife right outside your door.
This cabin was absolutely perfect. Kitchen well stocked, very clean, quiet neighborhood, wildlife, incredible starry skies. Our kids are begging to go back. Will definitely pick this place again.
We had a wonderful time in the Bryce Canyon/Zion National Park area and enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was the perfect location to enjoy both pars, without too much travel time
This house is perfectly located between Zion and Bryce. It is fully stocked and had full amenities. The home is stunning and located in a beautiful hilltop community. We saw wildlife daily. We had beautiful views and was very quiet. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. This is the perfect landing point for your National Park trip. If we ever have the pleasure of returning to the area we would book it again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property!
The location was perfect. Right next to duck creek. Home was clean and brand new.
Me and the family had a blast, not just sightseeing but relaxing all day in the cozy cabin. Wifi didn't connect to the television on the last day but even then we had fun playing table games. We will return to this cabin if possible.
This cabin was perfect for my family. Absolutely beautiful on the inside and enjoyed the view from the back porch. The only reason I did not give a 5 star on the cleanliness on the property is because the grass was kind of tall in the driveway and around the fire ring. We stayed in July and just a couple of nights it was just a little warm with the windows opened but pulled more fans out and it was perfect . We were able to enjoy the chipmunks, deer and turkey viewing from our Balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

About the host

Our family is from the US and Europe. We have three teenage kids and currently live just a few hours away from the cabin. It is our home away from home and hope it will be yours too!
Why they chose this property
We purchased the land and cabin so that we could create incredible memories and want others to be able to do the same.
What makes this property unique
The living room offers incredible views into the forest. Who knows what birds, squirrels, deer, and other wildlife you may see from the window. Outdoor fireplace on the deck allow you to enjoy the ambience outside. A fire pit allows you to build a wood fire and make some delicious s'mores! There are other cabins nearby, but being on nearly 5 acres of land, there is no one right next to you. You can only see our two of our neighbors through the trees.
