This 59 unit complex is located in the heart of Gulf Shores! Enjoy the outdoor pool or stay inside where your view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico is unhindered. This 3rd floor 770 sq ft condo features leather furniture and a cool modern beach style. There is a brand new 50 inch Smart TV in the living room. Bring your laptop and stay connected via the free unlimited WIFI. The guest bedroom has Cable TV plus a DVD player. Enjoy this smoke free environment. Enjoy the comfort and the convenience of a sophisticated futon that pulls out to a queen size sleeper in the living room. Use the coin-operated laundry on-site. 1 Parking is a 2 car maximum. Pack your bags and head to Island Shores. Your vacation awaits you.

This property has a 2 vehicle limit and requires parking passes. Only 1 parking pass allowed during the following major holidays and events: Hangout Music Festival weekend Memorial Day Weekend July 4th week Labor Day weekend National Shrimp Festival weekend.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
