Recently refurbished! Enjoy the best of both worlds during your Florida vacation in this cozy, tranquil oasis. Canal front and lush tropical garden view from this 2 bedroom/1.5 bath first floor unit. Step out the back door of the spacious screened lanai to walk along the beautiful grounds. Less than a five minute walk to your private piece of world famous Crescent Beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided - nothing else to carry but a small cooler and a beach towel! Living room has sofa bed, TV, DVD, & CD player. Master bedroom has king size bed. Master bath has tub with shower head and glass doors. Guest bedroom has twin beds with a half bath in hallway. Stay connected to the world (and work - if you must) with free wireless internet connection. *NEW Washer/dryer in unit! All new flooring, new blinds, new kitchen appliances!
