Built in 1941, this home offers historic charm with modern convenience. Beautiful wood floors throughout the main floor. This house has updated heat, air conditioning, roof and plumbing. This cozy home is1600's feet with two main floor bedrooms and a private master bedroom in the basement. A 99% walking store means that groceries, several restaurants, fedex office and coffee shops are just 2 blocks away and all of downtown Boise are just steps away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is well equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all the utensils needed for complete meal prep and spices and coffee are of course provided. Off street and covered parking is available for 2 vehicles. Boise State University, Hyde Park, foot hills hiking, Boise's greenbelt and freeway access are all just minutes away. You will love this cozy comfortable and convenient location.

Sisters trip to Boise

House in a great location. About a mile from downtown. We easily walked there for meals and sightseeing. House was stocked with everything we needed. Grocery store 2 blocks away. Host was very responsive, had lots of great suggestions for things to do. Would stay again if in Boise.

Bungalow in Boise

Well set-up Boise Bungalow. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we were able to have our grandchildren with us. Great location for walking to downtown, getting to the airport and visiting family & friends in Boise and Meridian. Nice to find coffee and other condiments upon arrival. Very comfortable and quiet. We look forward to staying again.
