2nd row from the beach, fiber optic Wi-fi, NO TVs, No Pets, No grilling on patio

Welcome beach goers! Stay away princesses/Princes/TV huggers! There are no TVs, bring mosquito sprays/repellants! Please respect my space bc NO Pets are allowed inside the house. Please don’tbook if that’s a problem. No access to the garage and linen closet. Excellent fiber optic Wi-fi so you are welcome to bring your ipads, lap tops, computers, etc. Outdoor entertainments, great views from inside and out, lounge area on 2nd floor balcony, dining on 2nd, 1st, and ground levels, fire pit/bbq grill to enjoy with families/friends. Pls no grilling anywhere on the deck/patio. If using grill provided/bring from home, pls place on top of granite on ground level. No sand inside washer/dryer.. pls rinse off ground level sand shower if need be. Great opportunity to spend undivided attention with loved ones… from playing chess, monopoly, cards, dominoes, beach time, or online gaming.. money can not buy that time together. Private enough yet entertaining to be able to hear karaoke, great laughters, ocean waves, fireworks.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No sand in washer/dryer
Pls tie the trash bags tightly so pests can’t get to them. Leave used towels on laundry floor
Pls lock door. Lift handle up really hard, hold, then turn the key to lock. Put key back into lock box. Punch in code #, press OK, will hear a beep, then turn switch really hard to right to open box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS, NO fireworks on the premise and surrounding up to 10 feet(cameras will let me know and you will be kicked out), Donot touch the cameras=fines
Text me day of to get access code for lock box. Unsuccessful multiple attempts will lock box and u will have to wait. Punch in code# and press OK.
Donot lose the house key=pay a big fine.Windstorm doors be familiar with locking/unlocking, fire extinguisher/blankets=kitchen pantry.Nosmoking/vaping
