Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Surf’s Up is a comfy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 12 guests. This home is located in a great friendly neighborhood on the Holiday Beach subdivision. This home has a large living, dining, and kitchen area great for family entertainment. Surf’s Up has all the amenities to make your stay a wonderful experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals for your family and friends. In the morning grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean views from the covered and uncovered deck with great furniture facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a great area downstairs to BBQ the perfect meal after a long beach day! The kids will definitely enjoy fishing in the slough behind the house! When you are ready to go to the beach, there is access just a street over via Golf cart or vehicle. After having a blast out in the sun, don’t forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Beauty bar per bath
Trial shampoo/conditioner per full bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
