You'll enjoy a main and lower level end unit townhouse with 3 beds, 2 full baths, wood burning stove with easy access to University of Wyoming, War Memorial Stadium (walking distance), Ivinson Hospital, all the I outdoor activities you can imagine, a variety of good eats, and shopping along with easy access to I-80 from this location. For our returning guests enjoy the comfy experience you have come to love.

2 level townhouse (main and lower level), 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, desk area, den, wood burning stove with the comforts of travel.


Allergens are considered, thus this unit is a no pet zone. Should evidence suggest that a pet had resided, an additional $225 fee will be added.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put dishes in the dishwasher and run a basic cycle and if dry or put them away. Put all trash in the kitchen before you leave. Put used bathroom towels and wash cloths in Basement Bathroom
Strip any used beds and place sheets and pillow cases by the bedroom doors. Leave Pillows and comforters on the beds. Ensure the fire is out and the flue/damper is closed in the wood burning stove.
Winter Return HVAC to 65 degrees and on. (Summer off) Lock the back door (the door knob and deadbolt). Be sure to hit the “lock” icon on the e-lock on the front door upon your departure day by 11 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am No smoking premises (Including front yard and back patio) No illegal substances are allowed
No food or drinks in bedrooms and beverages in basement need to be in closed container No food down the kitchen garbage disposal
Please take off your shoes when inside the home Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else

Host was accommodating. Should let guests be aware that the parking is extremely hard especially if you have elderly's with you. There was no parking close.

Properties great. Was frustrating to have to reach out and gain information on accessing the property. Once we did have access, the A/C unit was not functioning, leading to troubleshooting as we were trying to get out the door.

Misled

The house overall was nice, spacious and plenty of room for our family, especially when everyone can have their own room. Based on the neighborhood of this property parking is extremely limited to non existent. Listing stated air conditioning and Hot Tub/Spa, however the AC unit is an individual unit for one room only. So during our stay which was over 90 degrees, the house was very warm. No hot tub to be found nor was anything mentioned about the hot tub in the instructions/house manual. The coffee pot was listed and picture shown, however it is a 2 cup coffee pot, which led to making multiple pots of coffee. There were no additional kitchen towels in the kitchen like stated in the manual. We dried dishes with a bath towel. There were 6 kitchen chairs, but 2 of them were not sturdy enough for adults to sit on. The furniture was sitable but not very comfortable. Very basic amenities. In conclusion, the house worked for our needs of our trip but we were unimpressed with the variance of description and comfort level.

Thank you so much for your response. We have fixed all of the issues mentioned. We are not sure where on your listing it stated there was a hot tub and spa available and have double checked to make sure it isn't stated anywhere. The property is well stocked with everything someone would need for a long comfortable stay. We have included instructions in the manual as how to keep the property cooler in the summer. In Wyoming central AC is very uncommon due to the short warm season. We have also updated the furnace to a high efficiency unit so it is nice a warm in the cold months.
