The Primary Living Room features floor to ceiling windows with 180 degree front row views of the Snowmass & Highlands Mountains. Watch a storm roll in or the sunrise over the mountains from one of the cozy oversized sofas or large lounge chairs with the crackling of the fire in the background. An open floor plan allows for easy movement to the Chef’s Kitchen, bar, two dining areas and bedrooms.


The Chef’s Kitchen

The kitchen is a gourmand’s dream with high-end appliances, double oven, two refrigerators, 100 bottle wine fridge and adjacent bar. Radiant heat flooring throughout.

The 19th century oak table seats 10 comfortably with additional seating for 6 just a step away in kitchen nook and 3 bar chairs.

Casual Dining Area

Dining table for 6 & bar seating for three face Snowmass Mountain; swivel pocket TV. Perfect for casual meals & drinks or to watch the big game.


2nd Living Room

The Second Living Room on the lower level features a large an oversized couch & seating area with spectacular mountain views, 65'' TV, fireplace and separate game space: complete with mini foosball table/pool table/ping pong and large assortment of games & puzzles.


The Primary King Suite

The Primary King Suite on the upper level is a refuge in itself with a gas fireplace, TV, seating area and stunning views of the mountains. The en suite bath is the perfect spot to restore after a day on the mountain with a jetted soaking tub, dual showers, radiant heat floors and a large walk in closet with dressing table.

The Lower Level King

The Lower Level King room has a cozy seating area & TV with beautiful afternoon light. This king is a quiet retreat tucked away from the rest of home.


The Queen Room

The Queen Room is tranquil with cozy neutral decor, a seating area, beautiful views of the famous Rim Trail, aspen and evergreens and a newly renovated en-suite bath with rain shower. Ample storage in the large closet and armoire. Pull out twin trundle.

The Twin Bedroom

The cozy Twin Bedroom has fluffy duvets and an en-suite bathroom with mountain views. Large mirrored closet with ample storage for clothing. Room can be configured as a two Twin Room or King.


Formal Dining Room

The formal dining room featuring a 19th Century oak table with seating for 10. The bar, living and chef’s kitchen are all a step away allowing easy entertaining.

Patio w/ Outdoor Hot tub & Seating Area, Fire Pit & Gas Grill

Decompress on the patio's hot tub and cozy chairs. Take in the stars and roast s'mores around the fire pit. Easy outdoor grilling off of the kitchen. Second of two generous outdoor living spaces.

Mudroom

The chalet features a large mudroom with cubbies & a closet to store all of your outdoor gear from fly fishing to skiing.

Garden Terrace (Summer & Fall)

The spectacular 1000 square foot garden terrace is accessed from french doors off the Primary Living Room. It has a beautiful wildflower garden with massive top of the world mountain views. Large outdoor living room with multiple spaces to take in the majestic views: sunrise, sunset or the mountain night sky. Outdoor dining is taken to another level with seating for 10 with a view that befits a postcard. The terrace flows into the living and kitchen spaces of the home allowing for easy indoor/outdoor living & entertaining.
