This is a solid one-bedroom condo conveniently located on the 3rd floor, right next to the parking garage. Being on the 3rd floor is a major plus—the vehicle pickup area is just one level down on the 2nd floor, making it much faster to take the stairs rather than wait for the elevators. The condo itself is in a great spot, though it's worth noting that the rest of the building is starting to show some wear and tear. However, the amenities are excellent; I give high marks to the beach service, swimming pool, and gym.
