You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.
Direct Oceanfront Monterey Bay Resort on 15th Floor with Private Balcony to watch the sunrise. Monterey Bay is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
The unit sleeps four comfortably with 2 queen beds . It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 seat kitchen table. Freshly painted throughout, beautiful flooring and new couch. FREE attached onsite covered parking (no walking across the street). Indoor and outdoor pools, Lazy River and Hot tubs, all pools are heated. Incredible bonus heated pool and hot tub on the 10th floor. 24/7 onsite security.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to all of the amenities but breakfast at the resort. You will receive one parking pass upon arrival.
The resort also has entertainment like Magicians, Live Music, and Yoga. Resort will have information and times of events upon arrival

The Neighborhood:
The north end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
This unit has two Queen sized beds and a Murphy bed.
