Located directly across the street from Long Sands Beach. Just a short walk to Downtown York Beach center attractions including local shops, fine dining, amusements, and activities. Also just a short drive for golf, boat excursions and antiquing in nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Beach condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and a pull out couch in the living room. This is the perfect home for a family or friend getaway. There is an open concept living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Parking for 2 cars. Beautiful deck overlooks Long Sands Beach. Home is meticulously cared for. Second floor of a five unit condo. *Please note, given peoples health and safety concerns, we do not provide towels/linens*

Location x 3!

Very comfortable stay on Long Sands Beach. Condo was perfect for our party of 3. You couldn't ask for a better location. Yes, the bath house is directly in front of the condo, however, there are plenty of great views of the ocean and the Nubble on either side. Actually, it was convenient as there are 2 ramps at the bath house, which made it super easy to roll our beach cart right onto the beach instead of lugging it down the treacherous stairs. Also, right across side street to Oceanside Store for any forgotten necessities, ice cream treats, breakfast sandwiches....and wine! Easy walk to Stone's Throw or Sun n' Surf in the other direction. Condo itself was cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home and it was a great place to reunite as a family after being separated for a year and a half by COVID.

Love it

Even though the bathhouse is huge and blocks some of the view of the ocean, there is still plenty of ocean to see. Great location - great amenities. Super nice owner. Thanks!

Great Location. Awesome deck.

The condo was stocked with all the comforts of home. Very clean and close to everything. We really enjoyed the deck that offered both sunny and shaded areas. The owner was very prompt and helpful answering our questions. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a spot at Long Sands.

Great location and view (despite being across from the bath house); clean and nicely furnished/decorated...don't need to bring a thing other than your favorite coffee and groceries if you're of the mind to cook ;) ...will definitely book again! Better than a hotel any day :)

Location and Style with Ocean Views

I make an annual trip to York every year and this rental was perfect for me. Great location across from the beach with a fantastic, well-appointed deck with ocean views. The kitchen has every tool you will need and all the glasses and mugs match. (Not the usual beach rental mish mash of cups and plates.). Plenty of linens and towels for all of your guests. Even some beach towels. I rarely repeat rentals at the beach but I'm already thinking about coming back to this comfortable condo. Definitely felt like a home away from home. I had to work quite a bit on this trip and the wifi was very dependable. if you have to work at the beach, working with ocean views and the sound of the waves is as good as it gets.

Great location!

Lovely condo, very clean, and well appointed. Just steps from all the beach action, but very peaceful at night. Grandchildren enjoyed ice cream whenever they wanted at the Oceanside Store and we all enjoyed some very good seafood lunches there! Loved the deck!

Great place - terrific location!

The condo is situated in a terrific spot right across from Long Sands and steps away from the Oceanside Store. Everything was clean and well appointed. My elderly parents particularly enjoyed the deck where they could see the great-grandchildren and grandchildren playing on the beach. Coffee each morning on the deck is my kind of way to start the day!

We loved it so much we didn't want to leave!

We have stayed at many places in York and York Beach over the last ten plus years, on and off the beach area, but none have ever been the complete package. Until this year. This vacation rental has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. The location is perfect, across from Long Sands Beach, right near both the bathrooms and the Oceanside. The second floor level offers privacy from the street traffic while the deck still presents you with a great view of Long Sands and the ocean itself. You can even see the Nubble Light in the distance. The condo slept four of us well, with two bedrooms and a fold out sofa bed. The place is beautiful, soothing and relaxing. A full size shower and bath is a big plus, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer combo in the unit. The owners are friendly and helpful and the neighbors were also mostly quiet and courteous. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave! Thanks for a great week at the beach!
