It is a fully equipped condo in the heart of the downtown. Still totally quiet but walking distance to all downtown Charlottetown has to offer. Parking, close to cafes, upper floor so no one above, views of harbour, claw foot bathtub, exceptionally comfortable bed....totally exceeded expectations. It’s not brand new. It’s a heritage suite. So don’t be looking for 2019 decor and outfitted kitchen or flooring upgrades. Embrace the character. And go explore the beauty of PEI.
The minute we walked in we were very impressed. They thought of everything including the special bath soap. Met the owner. Very friendly and helpful. STAY HERE

This is the place to stay
If you are going to visit PEI - stay in Charlottetown. There are few resources for travelers outside of Charlottetown (for example - restaurants). If you are going to stay in Charlottetown, then stay here. You can leave the car parked, off street, behind the building. Walk to lots of restaurants, art galleries, musical events, and most importantly - the pretty waterfront. Drive 30 minutes up Route 15 to beautiful PEI National Park. A huge expanse of pristine, sandy beach. Great bike path. A secluded, wooded trail. You're gonna love this place!

Location, location Location
Enjoyed our short two day stay at this lovely apartment. It was extremely clean and set up quite nice to provide all the comforts we needed. We were able to cook our meals with convenience
(maybe add another small skillet). The bed was quite comfortable but the linens really provided an extra touch really soft & silky - nice. The couches really sunk down when you sat on them but not really a big deal. The biggest appeal was the location so close to all of downtown and we had nice walks after dinner. Maybe the only downside was the 3 floor climb but we knew that when we rented, lugging luggage & groceries-whew. Laurie came to meet us to acquaint us to the surroundings. Oh and there was a cooler for our use along with beach chairs, we didn't need as weather was a bit chilly for beachtime but that's a nice touch. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect home base for Prince Edward Isle
This apartment is convenient for everything you want to see on PEI - an easy drive to Cavendish area and for going ease and west. It was very clean and comfortable! Laurie offered some great suggestions for breakfast cafes in the neighborhood. There are many great restaurants within walking distance - check out the Water Prince Corner Shop just two doors down. I hope we can return to PEI soon. We definitely will stay at Laurie's place when we do.

well kept ,comfortable apartment
The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect. It is very near to the harbor and you can see the cruise ships from the front window. It is also a very very short walk to the main street. Pleasant living room and nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Also a nice deck with BBQ.The owner met us at a parking lot and we followed her in. She is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing( did not affect us) is that there are many steps to climb to the third floor so not good for anyone who cannot walk well. Okay of you take your time and the owner helped us with our cases.

Simply perfect
Perfectly located. Walking distance to restaurants and bars with live music. Quiet. Great private deck at the back with decorative lighting! Close to everything downtown. Air conditioning was a bonus! They provided everything you could imagine that you would want or need. Great hosts! Even helped us carry our luggage up! I have already recommended it to friends. Thanks again, you guys. We had a wonderful stay.

the best place
Un endroit superbe, grand appartement et terrasse, mais surtout les attentions particulières de Laurie et Alan… nous avons été comblés…. Près de tout au cœur du Historic District…. Nous recommandons assurément.

Perfect location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Charlottetown Heritage Suite. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and it felt fresh and clean and was nicely decorated. We loved the location as it was walking distance from restaurants, shops, harbor and theater. Laurie and Alan were very accommodating, and we enjoyed our first evening visit with them as they introduced us to the apartment and the city of Charlottetown. We highly recommend the Urban Heritage Suite, and would stay there again if we ever return to Charlottetown.
