Secluded Cottage on 85 Acres – Peaceful Country Retreat Surrounded by Nature
Chambers Hollow Cottage is a beautifully restored 3BR home set on 85 acres of peaceful fields and forest in Delaware County. Hike, explore, then unwind in cozy comfort. Enjoy nearby villages for shopping, dining, and summer fun. Let the fresh air revive you and the quiet countryside help you truly relax. Dog friendly with approval and pet fee.
Your summer escape is calling—book your stay at Chambers Hollow today!
The Space
Step into Chambers Hollow through the cozy screened-in back porch—perfect for stashing shoes, sipping coffee, or curling up with a book on a rainy summer day.
The kitchen and dining area at the back of the house are made for gathering. A large farmhouse sink overlooks the rolling fields, while generous counters and a prep island make cooking together easy and fun. The custom-built dining table is perfect for slow breakfasts or game nights after dinner.
The living room invites you to unwind with comfy seating, a wood-burning stove, and a record player for those vinyl vibes. A sliding door opens to the side porch with BBQ and patio seating, ideal for evening grilling or soaking up the sun with a cold drink.
On the first floor, a serene queen bedroom with en suite bath features vintage wallpaper uncovered during the home’s renovation—a beautiful nod to the home’s history.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more queen bedrooms, each with cathedral ceilings and skylights for stargazing in bed or gentle sunrises. Prefer to sleep in? Use the remote-controlled blinds to keep things dark and dreamy.
The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and just the right touch of country charm. In the summer, draw a bath with a handful of wildflowers nearby and let the day melt away.
Outside, 85 private acres are yours to explore—fields, forest, and a meandering stream right out front for dipping your toes or spotting frogs and minnows. With about 3 miles of maintained trails, wildflowers in bloom, and plenty of picnic-perfect spots, you’ll find the magic of summer all around you.
