Loved everything about this property! Location was amazing...we could walk to so many things! The view was simply stunning! We spent a lot of time on the balcony! Room was very clean and comfortable! Great location

The location is great close to lots of restaurants and cafés in a nice residential safe area . The unit itself is good but the furnishing needs updating and several electric outlets are loose in a way that our plugs don’t stay in place and fall off . Other than that it was good.

The property was well put together and clean, I had everything I needed during my stay. Marie, was an excellent host, and was great with communication and getting back to me as soon as possible with answering any question I may had. Due to me having surgery I wasn’t able to go out so I had to utilize the balcony to enjoy the weather which provided a lovely view of the water and boats, it most definitely provided a sense of relaxation. Next time I go to Miami, I will be choosing to stay with them again.

The location was PERFECT! Description it is not a true one Bedroom. It is a hotel room with 2 Queen Beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. Very Quiet, great views. Owner very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. The hop on hop off stop is just down the street and we used it. The mall at the end of the street has plenty of places to eat. We would recommend. Tired room and smelled of smoke

This room in my opinion was expensive. It served its purpose of providing us a place to stay for my event I was attending. It’s not updated. The smell of smoke wafted every time we entered, and there was trash left from the previous persons, the toilet never flushed properly, and none of the light switches worked the lamps. My daughters stayed in two other rooms in this hotel and they were beautiful! One of them paid less than I did. The owner was very responsive when I reached out. but it be was definitely lacking. It had a small kitchen and there weren’t even paper towels available, we had two face cloths for 5 days. The owners need to spend some money and upgrade the room, and pay attention to some details like I mentioned previously. It did have a nice view of Biscayne Bay. I would choose a different room for sure if I ever return.

My friends and I were so grateful for our awesome stay in Miami. It’s our first time there and we had an amazing time. Perfect getaway

Our stay was great. The place was clean and the view was beautiful. The pool and hot tub close way too early, but that is the hotels issue not the host. The plug ins could use an update. The cords kept falling out otherwise it was great! Would definitely recommend! The neighborhood is so pretty and safe!
