Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it just feels like home. Some of our favorite mornings start with a walk or jog through Memorial Park, then grabbing coffee at a local spot nearby. We love how everything is so close — great restaurants, shopping, downtown — but the neighborhood itself is quiet and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can really slow down and enjoy Houston like a local, and that’s what made us fall in love with it!
