Boating guests are especially delighted by this homes 50 ft. of dockage and ease of access to the Gulf. This homes peaceful vibe makes it the perfect setting for a quiet family island vacation.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guest with a max

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

- Parking: 4 vehicle max + 1 trailer (*parking for 1 trailer only)

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

House was nice and location was good. Wouldnt stay there again but only because the bedrooms didnt have attached bathrooms. When traveling with other couples, just something we find necessary. Also the rental company used only leaves one roll of toilet paper and 3 garbage bags for a 7 day stay. Otherwise, home was clean and pool was wonderful.

Each home in the Keys has a different layout, so we always recommend reviewing the floor plan and photos when selecting the property to be sure it fits your group’s preferences. Regarding the starter supplies, we provide an initial set of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soaps to help guests get settled upon arrival. Because stays can vary in length and group size, additional supplies are typically purchased by guests during their stay. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and are glad overall that you enjoyed the home and your time in Marathon.
