I stayed in another Loft condo 2 years ago. This was not in as good a condition as the last. Carpet filthy, stains on wall(we cleaned them up), dishwasher has broken pieces, cabinet doors hanging, baseboards filthy, bathroom exhaust fan barely works bc it has not been cleaned. The pool is cold and the hot tub is hot but the bubbles do not work. It just feels like it is not well maintained there. I love the area and wish it had been better. We had a smoke detector battery die so it went off in the middle of the night. Called the property manager and they said they would send someone out. No one ever came, but we found extra batteries to change out ourselves. For the cost, I think there needs to be some maintenance for the entire property and better cleaning crews
