Had a great stay with our 2 kids to attend WVU accepted students day. House was cozy and comfortable, very clean and well appointed. There is only street parking but there was always plenty of space. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, making for a great stay. 2-5 min drive to all parts of campus. My daughter decided to attend WVU so we will hopefully be back to the cottage for a football weekend!
We were very happy with our stay at the Downtown Hillside Cottage. The property was in a convenient location on a quiet street. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't have any problems during our stay.

My husband & I love opening the cottage for guests to make memories in. After pouring ourselves into renovations it is beyond rewarding to hear stories of what guests enjoyed during their stay. Some of our favorites include a proposal on the porch , friendsgivings, & of course football games!
