I am a WVU alum and have lived in Morgantown for 20+ years. We have raised 4 kids in Morgantown. Some of our favorite things to do are hike at Cooper's Rock, sled ride at Chestnut Mountain Park in the winter and fish and camp there in the summer, ice skate at one of the 2 ice rinks in town, and cheer on the Mountaineers in a variety of different sports. We like to fish from our boat on the Mon River, run and bike on the rail trail and dine at locally owned and operated restaurants. We enjoy the Farmer's Market downtown on Saturdays. I am very excited to be a vacation home host because I want others to have a safe and homey place to stay while they explore the town and state that we love.

We have owned this property for a few years and it is in a great neighborhood and centrally located between the football field/hospital and WVU main campus/downtown Morgantown. The neighborhood is diverse with college students, families and traveling professionals.

What makes this property unique

We have decorated our property with pictures that highlight the most scenic places around our beautiful state. We have tried to stock the home with everything you could need for a smooth getaway. We have a clean, spacious garage you can pull your vehicle into so you do not have to unload in the rain or snow.
