loved the convenience of the location, loved the pool, alot of construction going on. wished the bed would have been a king. but overall ----- we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location. Wonderful checkin process - loved the photos to guide each step! There was quite a bit of street noise, but that is expected in the neighborhood. Wish there had been a box of Kleenex and a shelf of some sort in the shower.

Arrived later to check in (10pm) and showed up to a lock box with no key fob in it to get into the building. Calling the number gets you nowhere as it is just the line to a property management company which no one answers. Texted the provided number as well, waited approximately half an hour for a response and only one we got was asking if we opened the correct lockbox. Said they were going to send someone to deal with it. After over another hour with minimal communication, we had to go through VRBO support who could also not get a hold of anyone with the number provided. By midnight we still had no where to go, tired from travelling for 6 hours, and ended up having to spend 1700 and book a hotel room for 2 nights (there were multiple events happening in Cleveland so rates had skyrocketed. I had booked the VRBO in December of 2025). Still had no communication after - not sure what we would have done if we were not in a place where booking a hotel last minute was feasible for us. Not a great start to the weekend.Only benefit is they thankfully are refunding the full amount we paid, but did not receive that information until this morning after we were supposed to be checked out.
