Direct Beach Front

Enjoy Direct beach front with your cup off coffee on either of the 2 large decks over the Niantic river. Once your finished with the cup take the paddle boards or kayaks for an adventure. Across from the house is Indian Rock which is a local favorite for jumping off into the river. The house is close to the shops and restaurants of Niantic CT. 15 minute drive to Mystic Seaport which is filled with history, great restaurants and shopping. If Gambling and shows are your thing Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casino are only 15 miles from the property. Please enjoy our slice of heaven. From my family to yours, enjoy!

Location is excellent, literally right on the water. Owners did all they could to make us feel at home. We had everything we needed. The cabin is more rustic style and does have a lot of cobwebs and could use a deeper cleaning, but overall, great experience and would go back.

I hope to return

My family thoroughly enjoyed this cottage on the water. It's in a great central location close to everything. The owner was on site and practically offered the shirt off his back with anything we might want or need. This unit came well equipped with bug spray, citronella candles, family games, outdoor toys. It is thoughtfully furnished and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUP, jumping off the nearby cliff, but mostly sitting and looking out at the view.

The brick pathway is uneven, so be careful. We had trouble turning on the downstairs shower water, then the lights started dimming lol! Created some excitement. We wished the downstairs curtains were easier to open so we could have enjoyed the beautiful view more. The house is in a quiet, beautiful location! Being right on the water was most enjoyable!
