Don’t be fooled by the looks of the exterior of the building and location. This is a hidden gem.The unit is very nice, Clean, well put together, and the host went out of their way with all the finishing touches to show that they care and are very considerate for their guests.The building is currently being renovated, but the unit was A!

Despite a few maintenance items that I’m sure our host Kevin will take care of before he rents again, rent this LUX! big beautiful condo near the strip NOW!The building is not great, but the people in it and in Las Vegas generally are lovely and you will be blessed to get to know and interact with real Las Vegas folks like many in this building, even if you get occasionally hotboxed riding the elevator with or after them. If you ride with them, get to know them and that will be its own special memory from your trip. People are moving in and out of this building during the week and will probably assume you’re doing the same if you keep things on the DL and do as your host says and don’t mention you’re a VRBO guest, just here staying with the amazing Kevin.Speaking of, Kevin was chill and communicative, and this place is EXACTLY as advertised, with a little added character from the rest of the building and people which have their own REAL Vegas charm. Kevin has stocked the kitchen with pretty much everything you’ll want and need including plenty of coffee pods, cast-iron and other cooking pots and pans, air fryer, hot pot, super hot water for washing dishes by hand, but also a great dishwasher, beautiful refrigerator freezer, clean ice and delicious filtered water. stunning REAL SLATE FLOORS!His cabinet choices/decor are so beautifully Vegas with striking faux zebra wood composite bottom cabinet doors and equally striking orange composite upper cabinet doors..
