Maple Streams is a private, 10 acre retreat in rural Groton, VT, sandwiched between the Wells River and the rail trail. This cabin is perfect for fun and family gatherings. Relax in the evening by the fire pit or on the screen porch as you listen to the sound of the river running by. Located minutes away from the Groton State Forest, a true gem with wonderful hikes, views of fall foliage, and the popular Boulder Beach. Located less than 10 minutes from the Old Scott Barn. If you love nature and outdoor living, this is the place for you!

Please take all trash and recycling out of the house and leave it in the bins in the garage
Please lock all doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are no parties or large gatherings beyond the scope of the expected renters
Enjoy the outdoors but recognize that sounds travels and there are neighbors living nearby
We may allow renters to bring one well behaved dog. We charge a $100 pet fee to ensure that our next guest is able to have a comfortable stay.

The home was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of space for all of our guests and it was a great space to spend the weekend, and get ready for our wedding at a nearby venue. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if staying in the area.

Beautiful location. Clean, comfortable home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Only caution would be if you have mobility concerns as you need to use stairs to access main living areas. Well stocked kitchen. Located near many trails and areas of interest in Vermont and New Hampshire.

We stayed here during the summer, and our entire family absolutely loved the trails, river, yard, and outdoor amenities. Everything was well-maintained and perfect for our trip. The house had plenty of room to spread out. We highly recommend this property for other families looking for a great outdoor getaway!
