Very clean unit once we got in. It took a while to get the parking pass. When we got to the room the key codes did not function. After several calls and tries with different codes we unlocked a box with a key. Later, the WiFi codes were obsolete and it was late so we went to bed and called the next day for service on the door lock, WiFi, and sink faucet handle. Throughout our months stay the repair man replaced the lock and all other issues He was very courteous and helpful. However, when trying to call the maintenance number for help Karla never answered and mail box for messages was full. Host2host was extremely quick to help out. We had great weather and enjoyed the restaurant on property and the pool area and the beach.
