This 4 bedrooms / 2 bathroom roundhouse is a lovely base for your mountain getaway. Located right in the heart of Sugar Mountain, across from the ski slope. The kitchen is all yours to prepare a feast for the family. The fireplace will warm you up after a day of skiing . Step onto the wraparound deck to view the beautiful forest where you will watch the leaves change in the fall and the snow-covered slope in winter. Summer is a great time to play a round of golf at Sugar Mountain Golf Club.

Prime Location!!! This house was perfect for our last minute ski trip. It was within walking distance to the slopes, which was ideal! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning on skiing. There was also ample sleeping space, where our group of 8, was very comfortable.

This cabin was the most absolute perfect place we’ve ever stayed! The location was amazing and communication was superb with the host. Access to the ski slopes were perfect right there in the backyard. This beautiful home is going to be our new annual vacation spot every year for skiing. Thank you so much for hosting us!

The house was laid out great and had everything we needed. Great layout on the main floor for spending time with family. The downstairs stayed very cold. The king bed downstairs was uncomfortable.

Perfect location for a quick ski / snowboarding trip for our group of 10 (adults and teens). Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of supplies provided. Adequate amount of hot water with everyone showering daily. There was an issue with the heater when we arrived, but it was taken care of immediately. Would stay here again!

Our annual stay (8th year) at Slopesider 31 is always great and this year was no exception! Our favorite parts of the stay include how close we are to the slopes for everyone, including our newest skier-4 YO grandson, the large open space for lounging and cooking/eating, and the ample parking and gathering space outside. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace a couple of the mattresses and add some additional cooking supplies! But overall it’s still one of our favorite destinations! See you again in 2027!!

Amazing place right on the slope! Cld not be better positioned! Our family of 5 had great time skiing and enjoying the house! The owner is very responsive host!
