Great location and quick response from the team if I had questions. Only thing is the parking spot is very narrow and you need to back up into the small space every time.
Was very nice and tidied up with plenty of space. Could use a deep cleaning. The parking is very small. A few inside finishes needed repair and there was a slight odor of sewage coming from the bathrooms. Overall, very good experience.

The property was infested with pest. No running water. We left the property middle of the night.
The layout of the house was great. The king size beds were so comfortable. I loved that the had bathrooms for each bedroom. My only thing that could be better was the couch wasn’t very comfortable but we didn’t spent a lot of time lounging. Great stay and great location!!!
Great property. Good location close to just about everything. Only small issues were…parking a very tight. If you have a big suv you will need to park on the street and street parking is a bit hard to find. Also the walls are a bit thin. You can hear neighbors from the other side of the duplex talking and walking up and down stairs. Otherwise it was a great place. Lots of room. Clean and fully decorated.
I booked this place for my family to stay for my 40th birthday nearby. It was a great location and really nice, comfortable three story townhome. There are LOTS of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend if anyone has mobility concerns as the kitchen and living room are on the second floor. There is a nice bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Well stocked, very clean, very comfortable for families and couples as there are several full en suite and private bathrooms. The parking was easy with two spots on property and plenty of street parking. It is not in a ritzy area of LA so be aware of that but it’s not unsafe and is very close to lots of cute spots in the West Adams neighborhood. Nearby food, coffee, groceries. I wouldn’t say you don’t need a car at all but you may be able to get by depending on your plans. I was aware of the area and how it would be when I booked because I live in nearby. The host was inflexible about early check in and late checkout which is totally their prerogative but given it was a Sunday, the reasoning that they get last minute bookings seemed a bit unlikely and the 10 am checkout is a bit rough. Nothing I would ding them on, certainly, but just be aware if you’re hoping for any flexibility on timing, it seems unlikely. Overall, I would definitely book again for similar circumstances.
We rented this place as a "getting ready" place for our wedding. This is also my first time booking a place frim Vrbo, and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to book the place. Once booked, Leon immediately sent the instructions and information we will be needing. Leon was very helpful, and answered all of my questions promtly. Place is clean, and as posted very insta-worthy. 😁 It was also complete with items we need. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. Thank you
Great place to stay for a large group. There were eight of us and plenty of room for us to spread out across the three floors and 4 bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was really the absolute best! And plenty of hot water! Yay! The beds were comfortable and the rooms are all nicely decorated. Actually, this is the cutest VRBO we've ever stayed in. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions (we didn't have too many because he basically tells you everything you need to know ahead of time, which was nice. The parking spot was for small cars, but plenty of street parking.A few tips - the neighborhood is REALLY well lit, meaning a LOT of light comes through the shades at night (the blinds are a little janky and don't have all of the panels present.) Bring a sleepmask and you're good to go! Also the quiet time is after 9pm because the walls are pretty thin and it's easy to hear everything going on next door and outside, so I would bring earplugs or white noise machine to make sleep easier. One of our group had to sleep on the pull out couch and unlike the super comfy beds, the couch is pretty miserable to sleep on. It's a cute couch though. Stairs! Lots of stairs because it's three floors, which we didn't mind, traveling with some strong teens to help with luggage, but if you have a hard time with stairs I don't think this is the place for you.Overall I would definitely recommend this location and would love to stay again while in the LA area.
Had a great stay. Loved that there was a separate shower for each bedroom. We traveled for the world cup. Parking is a little tight, but we expected that being in LA.
Decent neighborhood, quiet, private, secure parking, modern furnishings, good climate control, bathroom in all rooms. Very clean! We had an inconvenience with the hot water in one of the bathrooms but our host took care of it! We’ll be open to booking it again.
