Come enjoy this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1150 square foot condo with a split floorplan and covered parking space. Large living room, good sized kitchen for cooking meals and full-size washer and dryer. Master bedroom features a King-sized bed, small work space, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. Second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. Each bathroom comes with shower/tub combo, toilet, hair dryer, and toileteries. Guests are provided with linens for bedrooms, lots of towels and pool towels plus extra blankets for the cold Arizona winters. New HVAC installed in December 2023. All linens are cleaned and replaced after each guests (sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover and blankets). The community features: a Clubhouse, small Business Center, Wet Sauna, Dry Sauna, Gym, Hot Tub and Pool (hours only open from 5am to 11pm).

Cleaning Fee Includes:
- Cleaning of Entire Space (labor cost)
- Restocking Basic Supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee supplies)
- Changing ALL Lines (Sheets, Duvet Covers and Blankets after each stay)

The condo had everything we needed and it was comfortable, clean and spacious! We enjoyed the pool and the weight room. Condo is a very short walking distance to an amazing grocery store and plaza with restaurants and boutiques! We look forward to staying again on our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and the guidelines were clear without being overwhelming. Communication with the host was seamless, and we especially enjoyed the pool and convenient location. Our only minor note is that the bed was a bit firm for our preference.

Great location.

This is a very good property. Kitchen is well appointed, but could use place settings for 8, rather than just 4. Extra bars of soap and trash bags are also needed.

Phoenix spring training

Extremely nice property. Lots of amenities that you don't always get. Community was great and so was the host. We had a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommended.

Can I give more than 5 stars? This condo was so clean, comfortable, had all the amenities and more! Communication was 100%! I highly recommend choosing this condo for your next Scottsdale stay! Tina was amazing, great communication, as accommodating as was reasonably possible. This was our second time in this complex, great amenities, great area with resources easily walkable. Very easy to get on and off freeway.

You should rent my property because it features a split floorpan (with dual master bedrooms) so it is perfect for the couples traveling together or if you just want an extra bedroom. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for those morning or evening walks and is 5 minutes from the 101 Freeway.
