This lovely one-level home is ideally located just 10 minutes south of Branson, offering both proximity to city attractions and a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. With parking available for 2 vehicles, it's easy to explore the local area or simply enjoy the comfort of this inviting space. It's an ideal spot to create lasting memories and establish new traditions with friends and family. You're only about 15 minutes from Branson's famed HWY 76 Strip, 10 minutes from Branson Landing, close to top golf courses like Buffalo Ridge, and mere minutes from outdoor adventures at Top of the Rock. Table Rock Lake is just a quarter-mile away, with a public boat launch less than a mile from the home.

WE ARE PET WELCOMING.

We love our canine companions and want you to bring yours. We just ask they be house trained, clean up after visits outside, and kept out of trouble, and this could be said for all guests ;) We do need to know if you are bringing a dog so we can notify our cleaning staff for additional attention.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you are travelling with mobility challenges, please note that there are a few steps up to the front door. Once inside you will have step free access around the home, except for a small step into the shower.

◈ Towels, hand towels, and wash rags are provided.
◈ One hair dryer in each bathroom.
◈ Pool Towels are provided to be used at the Pool.

Branson Canyon has many amenities shared amongst all the homes. They are well kept and open for guests to use if in season.

PLEASE NOTE:

◈ Winter weather will often make the roads slick. HWY P coming into the neighborhood can be tough to navigate in slick conditions.
◈ No lifeguard on duty at the pool. (Open Approximately Mid-May to Early September)
◈ Ring doorbell with a camera is next to the front door.
◈ Quiet hours from 11 PM – 8 AM per HOA.
◈ No smoking or vaping inside or on the patios.
◈ Per HOA rules: No boat or trailer parking available at the house or in the neighborhood. Please contact me to discuss available boat parking options, which we may be able to accommodate.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home.

◈ No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. So keep the boom box inside.
◈ Max overnight occupants 8 plus babies.
◈ You must be 23 years or older to book this property.
◈ We welcome any friendly, house-trained dogs and they must be registered on reservation. No cats or other types of animals please.
◈ Please note our occupancy includes the pullout sofa.

PARKING DETAILS:

◈ 2 cars can fit in the driveway.
◈ Overflow parking is located across the road next to the pool. It is a short walk.
