On the third floor of the home, you will find the Primary bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and newly renovated primary bath that features an oversized tub, shower, and access to your own private balcony. THIRD FLOOR:
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, private bath (shower and tub) with large walk-in closet. Great Gulf views from private balcony! (Recently Renovated)

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
