Len and Mary's Ocean View has been a beloved family holiday home for generations now and the family would like to share it with you.

The unit is just as Len and Mary had lovingly decorated it over the years and remains just the same today. Don't expect updated rooms but do expect a welcoming home with incredible views.

Len and Mary's is a top floor corner unit condo located in the coveted Seashore Condominium complex, which sits just north of Crystal Pier and right across from the Pacific Ocean... Step out the door of the building and you are walking on the boardwalk and seconds later your feet will be in the sand.

This beautiful unit has tons of light with stunning ocean views from two separate balconies, the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The primary bedroom has an ensuite with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has access to another bathroom that also has tub/shower combo.

The living room is bright and airy with comfortable seating, a large screen TV, Wifi and stunning ocean and beach views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your beach getaway.

You will find a community laundry room down the hall from the unit. Downstairs on the main floor there is a community pool with BBQ area and exceptional ocean views. One secure underground parking space is also available to guests, please note that the garage has a 6' height limit.

This unit has a 4 person maximum occupancy. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

About the Area:

Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers and surfers. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with women’s clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots. Inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay.

This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes outside common areas.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people (including children)

You must adhere to the Condominium Rules and Regulations during your stay at all time. Those will be provided to you upon arrival.

Please respect your surrounding neighbors. This unit sits in a condominium building so you have neighbors on either side of you and underneath you. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.
