We will consider a small to medium pet on a case by case with a pet fee and deposit. Price listed of $135 per night or $4000/ month for a 4-6 month term (Starting June 1, 2024 thru Dec 2024) with utilities included. 1-3 months stay are possible for $150/night or $4500/mo. Rent can be reduced (or potentially higher) depending on low, med, high, or peak season and total length of your stay. Message me for more information or if interested. Snowbird rental season for 2025. (Jan 1, 2025-April 30, 2025) If you book for those 4 months in 2025 its $165/night, $5000/mo. 4 month minimum. Stay a 5th month of May for only an additional $3000.
