Enjoy this darling 1-Bed, 1-Bath condo, located just half a block from the powdery white sand of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach! With a lovely open floor plan, this little home offers a wonderful décor, a kitchenette, living room with a sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a king size bed. Relax by the pool under the warm island sun, or take the quick stroll into the Siesta Key Village for the many great shops and restaurants the island has to offer. Walk down the Sunset beach to take in the stunning views and spectacular sun sets. If you feel like venturing off the island, Siesta Key is located just 20 minutes from Sarasota International Airport and just minutes from the downtown area of Sarasota and all it has to offer. Sarasota is the Cultural Gem of the Gulf Coast. It offers numerous galleries, theaters, and some of the finest restaurants in the world. You will not be bored with this location. The list of activities is nearly endless as you can spice up your vacation with bike, kayak, or boat rental for your entertainment. Great location to the beach and the village. Pool was very nice and clean. Condo was nicely renovated, bed was comfortable. Was very nice of them to include the beach wagon with cooler chairs and beach umbrella.

A little disappointed

The inside of the space was recently updated and very nice. The outside was less than satisfactory. The pool was cloudy when we arrived, and we had to cross an aged asphalt driveway to get to it. There were no umbrellas in the room for the beach so we had to purchase those (we flew there so those had to be left). There also were no umbrellas or shade around the pool, so we never used it. The outside of the facility looked like an outdated motel. The ad for the room said laundry was available. It didn’t say it was a paid laundry mat on sight that required quarters (no change machine available). The WiFi was terrible so we had to turn it off on our phones. There was construction on site, so we woke each morning to the sounds of power saws, workers yelling, and deliveries right in front of our room.
