Unit G-24 is a beach style condo on the second floor Grand Tower with a private beach access. Take an elevator or stairs down to the ground level, step outside of the building and you are 40 steps away from the beautiful white sand beach. This beautiful beach is constantly rated as a top beach in the US. Walk or run in the morning and enjoy sunrise, relax, swim and catch some sun during the day and enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
Unit has two queen beds in the bedroom to accommodate 4 people comfortably. If needed sleeper sofa in the living room can be utilized for someone to sleep separately. Vegetation height is not allowing for a full possible view from the unit towards the beach but favorable price compensates that fact. Unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to cook. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric range are in the unit. There is a washer and dryer on the floor just outside of the unit in the utility room.
Palm Bay Club is a gulf to bay resort on Siesta Key Island and it has everything you will need to spend a great vacation. Resort has all of the amenities: two heated swimming pools and outdoor spa overlooking the bay. Two tennis courts are located beside the swimming pool . Bay side of the resort has a fishing dock. There are community grills located throughout the resort.
3 night minimum stay is required as per the association.

Regarding the insects, we take cleanliness and pest control very seriously. I appreciate you sharing this information.. Our unit is professionally treated on a regular schedule, and the issue you mentioned is likely related to the treatment that already took place several days before your arrival and you were seeing the last cycle of insects being treated. We will be monitoring this issue closely and respond appropriately. Previous guests informed me that they saw small German palmetto bugs and the pest control was immediately engaged and dispatched. Sometimes this happens in Florida in the rainy season where the bugs which reside in sewage pipes get pushed up with the water level being higher than usual due to heavier rainfall. I also already arranged another immediate insect treatment to ensure proper insect control. I hope that this resolves the issue for the future guests. I do apologize that this had happened during your stay. We hope, and we would love to see you back! Regards, Slobo

Our experience was fantastic! The condo was located in the perfect spot, just steps from the beach. It was great to have access to the bayside pool, which is also part of this property. In addition, our host was excellent!!! He made the entire process seamless. We will definitely return!!!

It wasn't as clean as I would like but it's a prime location. It is on the beach! Seriously like a one minute walk. The beach is beautiful. It has really soft white sand. The host was very responsive. Great for the price and I would stay here again!

Location was excellent , right on beach , easy access to shuttles in and around village. Pool and hot tub on premises were very nice . Actual condo was in need of aa little updating but had what was needed. Shower was a problem with minimal water pressure and a few items seemedvery dusty as if thorough cleaning hadn’t been consistently done . Although , the place in general was clean. Contact was receptive with calls .

What a relaxing stay!

Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very clean. We had everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs) readily available to use. The beach chairs were free to use (first come first serve). We decided to rent chairs one day because we wanted a more upfront view of the gulf, and an umbrella to protect us from the sun. The beach was amazing. There is a reason this is the #1 beach in the U.S. quartz sand that doesn't get too hot to walk on. Beautiful blues, and greens in the crystal clear water. Walkable to come restaurants, and bars. There was a little grocery store nearby that was a lifesaver for us.

Relaxing!

This place was in a great location! We loved the direct access to the beach. It is also just a few minutes down the road from the village where all the action and shopping is located. We would definitely stay here again.

Location!

This was the perfect location in siesta key. We were right on the beach and enjoyed walking on the shore each day. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the grounds were clean. We are coming back next year and we’ve booked a 2-bedroom place so that we can bring family and friends.
