Easy access step-free path to the guest entrance, spacious floor plan house. Amazing living room that opens to the courtyard, connected to a modern loaded kitchen, and the dining area, in an L shape. Bedroom Number 1: Master Suite with king size bed, own closed door, huge walk-in closet, large linen closet, own private bathroom and large tv. Bedroom Number 2: one queen bed shared bathroom with Bedroom Number 3: one queen bed. Bedroom number 4 two queen bed private bathroom. All bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, except bedroom number 3, that has access to a private backyard with his own seating area, besides the mini golf area.
